Plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early for class to provide time for your child to settle in to the musical environment and make the transition from being at home or school. Once class beings, keep toys and juice cups out of sight so that your child and his classmates may focus on the class. Please turn off cell phones or step outside the classroom if you need to take a call. Dress comfortably for a class. There is a lot of movement! A registration form and deposit must be received before a space is reserved for your child. Enrollment will be confirmed with a phone call and/or e-mail notice after registration form and deposit are received. I offer a satisfaction guarateed policy because I believe strongly in the quality of the experience I offer at Kindemrusik with Heidi. If you aren't completely happy with your Kindermusik experience after attending at least 3 classes, I'll refund all of your tuition except for the classes taken, and your Home Materials which are yours to keep and enjoy. I understand that young children are still learning how to interact in a group setting, but I must ask that you be sensitive not to compromise the safely or enjoyment of others in class. Refund PolicyOur studio offers the following refund policies. Only one policy will apply to the class your child is registered for. The class description and the registration process will identify the exact refund policy for the class you have chosen.Studio Refund Policy Studio Refund Policy We offer a satisfaction guarantee policy because we believe strongly in the quality of the experience we offer at Kindermusik by Heidi. If you aren't completely happy with your Kindermusik experience before attending your fourth class, you will receive a refund equal to your remaining tuition except for the cost of your materials which are yours to keep and enjoy. Any information you provide about yourself or your children is held with the utmost care and security and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented.
